Studio agreement

Please take a moment to read the following:

Classes are drop-off and collect at the studio, 366 Concord Road, Concord West. Please collect your child on time at the end of class.
Dates, times and fees are listed for each term. After you send this form we hold a place while we email your first invoice within 1 business day. For each new term we email an invoice to the parents on file. Please pay by bank transfer within 7 days to confirm the place.
Classes are term-based. If your child misses a class, we cannot offer a make-up, but we will help them catch up in the next class.
If you cannot come after booking, we do not offer refunds or credits. If we have to cancel a class, we will offer a replacement date or a refund for the classes that did not run.
If we cannot reach you in an emergency, we will call an ambulance and get urgent medical help for your child.
The studio is nut-free. Please do not bring any nut products, including in snacks.
Kindness and respect are expected. If needed, we will be in touch with you directly.
We email you about classes. Please tell us if your contact, health or school year details change.
